H.E. Mr. Armen Yedigarian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Bulgaria presented the Medal of Gratitude to Mr. Andrey Kovatchev, Member of European Parliament

On 12 February 2022 H.E. Mr. Armen Yedigarian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Bulgaria presented the Medal of Gratitude on the occasion of the 30^th Anniversary of Armenia’s Independence, for significant contribution to the establishment, strengthening and development of friendly relations with the Republic of Armenia and to the cause of protection of the universal human values, awarded by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia to Mr. Andrey Kovatchev, Member of European Parliament.

Ambassador Yedigarian noted that Mr. Kovatchev’s contribution, especially to the solution of humanitarian issues is highly valued and wished him success in his activities for the benefit of the strengthening of the friendly relations between Armenia and Bulgaria.

Andrey Kovatchev expressed his gratitude for the award and noted that Armenia and Bulgaria have strong ties and the strengthening of those relations should be continued

The ceremony was attended by Bulgarian and Armenian guests, as well as the representatives of the Armenian community.
